OUR FOCUS

Even when they don’t see the violence, the emotional and psychological impact can be profound, leading to severe behavioral and emotional issues. The trauma they endure is heavy, and the path to healing can be long and challenging.

This is where plushies come in. A plush toy might seem like a small gesture, but its impact on a child’s emotional well-being is immense. These huggable companions offer a sense of security and comfort, becoming steadfast friends in a world that may feel chaotic and unsafe. For a child in distress, a plushie can be a source of solace, helping them feel less alone and more grounded.

- **Plush Collection and Acquisition**: We diligently gather gently-used or like-new plushies from thrift stores and discount outlets, ensuring they are ready to bring joy and comfort to anyone in need.

- **Plush Restoration and Care**: Our dedicated team of volunteers sanitizes, cleans, and restores each plushie to pristine condition, making sure every cuddly friend is ready to provide maximum comfort and happiness.

- **Secure Plush Storage**: We maintain a safe and secure storage facility where plushies are carefully preserved until they are ready to be donated or made available for sale.

- **Collaboration with Support Organizations**: We actively partner with local organizations to identify and prioritize recipients, ensuring that everyone who needs the healing power of a plushie companion receives one.

- **Community-Fueled Growth**: Thanks to the generosity of our patrons and the hard work of our volunteers, we generate necessary funds through consignment sales and financial donations. We rely on volunteers to help distribute plushies.
